You’ll define and execute enterprise IT strategies aligned with operational, security, and digital transformation goals In this role, you’ll lead teams across IT Operations, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Enterprise Applications You’ll oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments, ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimizationYou’ll drive DevOps and DevSecOps maturity, including CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure-as-code, and embedded security controls You’ll establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and ITIL best practices In this role, you’ll oversee IAM initiatives including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and Zero Trust implementationYou’ll manage enterprise applications and CRM platforms while ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and operational continuity Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, infrastructure, cloud operations, or cybersecurity leadership roles Strong expertise managing cloud platforms including AWS and/or Azure environments Hands‑on experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationDeep understanding of IAM frameworks, Zero Trust principles, and enterprise security standards Experience implementing ITSM and ITIL-based operational processes, including incident, change, and release management Familiarity with enterprise observability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and business continuity planningExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Note from the Hiring Manager
