Senior Analyst, Production Solutions

Responsible for leading technical aspects of Ricoh's pre- and post-sales implementation of Cut Sheet and Wide Format solutions within Ricoh Graphic Communications. Job Duties&Responsibilities

PRE‑SALES (50%)

Provide technical leadership and guidance to all RGC sales reps in the assigned territory or virtually. Support sales reps with achievement of hardware (HW) and software (SW) revenue plans. Work with local Production Print Specialists to demonstrate proposed solutions that may include a mix of hardware and software offerings.Review final orders to ensure accurate HW and SW configurations. Lead solution assurance activities for HW and SW sales, with sales team assistance. Attend all relevant sales meetings in the field. Identify and grow business opportunities around SME focus areas. POST‑SALES (50%)

Implement integrated solutions across the RGC portfolio hardware or software (Core Services). Provide disciplined leadership of professional services deliveries using SOW templates when needed. Act as an advocate for the customer to ensure complete satisfaction and acceptance. Communications&Professional Development

Responsible for ongoing presales, technical, and business skill development. Attend technical training as required and scheduled. Become a subject matter expert in one of the core SME portfolios. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience. G7 and Fiery Expert certification. Minimum 6 years of experience in printing, pre-sales and post-sales services and solutions implementation in relevant environments or industry. Experience in wide format printing,flat bed, roll-to-roll and software applications.Solid face‑to‑face customer advisory and relationship skills. Supports unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting, presenting solutions of diverse scopes requiring data analysis, proof-of-concept, Statement of Work, and project management throughout the customer lifecycle.Must complete assigned Project Management Courses from Ricoh Learning Institute within the first year of employment. Valid driver’s license, light travel required. Benefits
