About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Supervision Director / Manager to oversee service quality, operational compliance, and customer experience across our after‑sales service network. This role plays a critical part in strengthening service governance, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective resource coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities
Monitor service execution quality and ensure compliance with established processes; identify and report service issues, including major product quality concerns Collect and analyze system and operational issues; propose and drive process optimization initiatives Coordinate service resources across teams, identifying shortages or improper usage and facilitating cross‑functional solutionsEstablish and manage the customer service center, ensuring timely handling of customer feedback and full closure of complaints Oversee service performance reporting, including regular service monitoring reports and ad‑hoc analysis Lead departmental development, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance managementUndertake additional assignments as directed by headquarters and senior leadership Qualifications&Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Machinery, International Trade, or related disciplines Director level: Minimum 5 years of relevant after‑sales service experience, including team management Manager level: Minimum 3 years of relevant after‑sales service experience, including team managementStrong background in construction machinery or related industry after‑sales service; experience in service supervision systems is an asset Proficiency in Chinese is preferable, with strong communication skills (written and verbal) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights High level of accountability, professionalism, and alignment with corporate values Why Join Zoomlion
