Act as the Designated Manager for the Mississauga site per the Ontario College of Pharmacists requirement. Manage and coordinate day‑to‑day pharmacy activities, ensuring that practices meet statutory, corporate, and departmental standards. Optimize quality of service delivery, risk management, and compliance with corporate standard operating procedures.Assist in planning and controlling the pharmacy operational budget. Foster an efficient pharmacy team that maximizes patient safety and customer service effectiveness. Direct, guide, and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all functions. Apply extensive knowledge of ODB reimbursement and resolve inter‑departmental issues.Work 70% of duties according to established policies and procedures, and 30% requiring independent thinking and initiative. Qualifications

Pharmacy Degree (BScPhm or PharmD) Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacy Three years’ pharmacy practice experience; management experience preferred Previous experience in an IV sterile compounding environment (hospital or community) is an asset Skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task and handle fluctuating workloads Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills Excellent continuous improvement skillsStrong interpersonal skills and positive leadership qualities Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously under short time constraints Excellent customer service skills and collaboration with all levels inside and outside the organization Proven adherence to standards&procedures and maintenance of confidentiality Inclusion and Equal Opportunity Employment
