Serve as the go‑to AME for the Light Jet Fleet, ensuring maintenance is conducted in full compliance with company policies, Transport Canada regulations, and industry standards. Inspect, assess, and assist in repairs and modifications to aircraft structures, systems, and equipment, regularly inspecting aircraftfor technical and cosmetic condition.Take charge of dismantling and reassembling aircraft systems for repair and overhaul, troubleshooting defects, and executing corrective actions to keep the aircraft flying safely. Support flight crew on maintenance issues and manage reported defects with a sense of urgency and cost effectiveness.Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of work, utilizing approved equipment and materials to deliver top‑quality results. What You Bring:
A valid Canadian AME M2 license and at least 3 years’ experience. Post‑secondary education in an aircraft maintenance course. Experience in aircraft periodic inspections and heavy inspections. Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical publications, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical drawings, and blueprints.Diagnostic skills requiring sound knowledge of aircraft systems, aerodynamics, aircraft structures, and basic applied mechanics. Capability to perform hands‑on duties such as disassembling aircraft systems, removal of defective components, and installation of replacement parts, components, and structures.Experience performing a large variety of tasks relating to any aspects of aircraft maintenance. Highly self‑motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to convey both positive and negative information with a sense of urgency. Flexible and adaptable, able to learn new technologies quickly and think on the feet.Professional, ethical, and committed to excellence. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team‑based environment to meet tight deadlines. A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.Additional Requirements:
Must qualify for RAIC and AVOP passes. Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driver abstract. Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and shift work based on workload schedules with short notice at times. Occasional travel may be required. Citation 560 Ultra (JT15D) endorsement is preferred.Benefits:
