Chartwell is seeking a Concierge Receptionist to provide administrative support and maintain secure operations at our residence. This role blends accounting functions with clerical duties, making a difference in residents' lives.

As a Concierge Receptionist, you'll manage confidential clerical tasks while ensuring efficient operation of the front office. Your responsibilities will include managing mail, answering phones, and greeting visitors. You'll process daily financial transactions, providing a critical role in maintaining smooth internal communications and addressing any concerns from residents or families.

Key Responsibilities:• Administer department files and records management • Sort and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail • Greet visitors and respond to their inquiries • Oversee daily bank deposits and payments • Facilitate resident or family concerns appropriately

Requirements:• Secondary school education or equivalent • Experience in reception or clerical roles • Familiarity with office procedures • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong discretion with sensitive information
