Qualifications:

Have a minimum 3 years of experience installing residential replacement windows and doors.

Must have a valid driver’s license and own truck/trailer, cube van or sprinter to transport material.

Own a metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations.

3+ years experience bending aluminum.

3+ years of capping experience.

Must be fully insured and provide myCOI.

For candidates outside of Ontario : You are required to have an Ontario Incorporated Business License

WHMIS&Working at Heights certification.

Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and customer service skills required.

Compensation&Benefits:

Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $100,000-$150,000 CAD / per year*, paid out weekly

Year-round work, Monday-Friday, to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends!)

Job materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the installation at no cost to you

Devoted managers are on staff to assist you in a smooth project completion

*Pay varies based on volume and work completed*
