Salary: 35.00 to 38.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Hours per week: 35 to 45 hours

Employment type: Permanent, Full time

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate/diploma 3 months to less than 1 year

Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.

Work is on-site; remote not available.

Responsibilities

Monitor staff performance

Plan and organize daily operations

Train staff

Determine types of services to offer and implement operational procedures

Balance cash; complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

Conduct performance reviews

Organize and maintain inventory

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

Address customers' complaints or concerns

Provide customer service
