Senior Analyst, Production Solutions. Ricoh Graphic Communications The Senior Analyst, Production Solutions for Cut Sheet and Wide Format is the technical lead for both pre‑ and post‑sales implementation of Ricoh's solutions portfolio. This expert‑level position requires deep expertise in integrated solutions, including hardware, enablement and standalone software and services. The individual will also act as a subject‑matter expert in areas such as cut sheet,colour management and other specialized disciplines.

Position Profile The Senior Analyst will be engaged early in the sales cycle to assess the customer's workflow goals, demonstrate solutions, provide basic project management of implementations, and train customers. The primary focus is to architect integrated hardware and software solutions that improve the customer's workflow, reduce cost and drive 100% customer satisfaction during solution implementation. The role is a crucial part of the account team to achieve professional services revenue.

Job Duties&Responsibilities Pre‑Sales (50%)

Provide technical leadership and guidance to all Ricoh Graphic Communications (RGC) sales reps in the assigned territory or virtually as needed.

Support sales reps in achieving hardware (HW) and software (SW) revenue plans.

Collaborate with local Production Print Specialists to support demonstrations of proposed solutions that can include a mix of HW and SW offerings.

Review final orders to ensure accurate HW and SW configurations.

Lead solution assurance activities for HW and SW sales, with sales team assistance.

Attend all relevant sales meetings in the field.

Identify and grow business opportunities around SME focus areas.

Post‑Sales (50%)

Implement integrated solutions across the RGC portfolio of HW or SW (Core Services).

Provide disciplined leadership of professional services deliveries using SOW templates when needed.

Advocate for the customer to ensure complete satisfaction and acceptance.

Communications

Maintain ongoing pre‑sales, technical, and business skill development.

Attend technical training as required and scheduled.

Become a subject‑matter expert in one of the core SME portfolios.

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience.

G7 and Fiery Expert certification.

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in printing, pre‑sales and post‑sales services and solutions implementation in related environments or industries.

Experience in wide‑format printing, flat‑bed, roll‑to‑roll and associated software applications.

Strong face‑to‑face customer advisory and relationship skills.

Support unit sales plans through pre‑sales and/or post‑sales technical consulting activities, presenting solutions of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors leading to solution ROI, proof‑of‑concept, statement of work, solution implementation and project management throughout the customer lifecycle.

Complete assigned Project Management Courses from Ricoh Learning Institute within the first year of employment.
