As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Design-Build) to lead complex construction projects from concept through to completion. This is a new role and a key leadership position within our Construction team, responsible for driving project success across design coordination, financial performance, scheduling, and client experience.

You will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of design-build projects, partnering closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of design-build project, from pre-construction through closeout

Act as the primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships

Manage and coordinate the design process with architects, engineers, and consultants

Oversee procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment

Ensure compliance with OHSA, building codes, and company safety standards

Lead risk identification and mitigation strategies across all phases of the project

Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to overall team development

Qualifications&Skills

Minimum 7–10+ years of

construction project management

experience (ICI preferred)

Proven experience delivering

Design-Build projects

(critical requirement)

Strong understanding of pre-construction, design coordination, and construction delivery

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Ability to lead, influence, and align cross-functional project teams

Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling tools)

Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Relevant Health&Safety certifications (asset)

PMP or equivalent certification (asset)
