SANGAM SWEETS&CURRY EXPRESS INC. is looking for a“Restaurant Manager” to join their team located in Mission, BC, Canada
Position: Restaurant Manager
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years
Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time
Vacancy: 1
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $37.00/Hr, 32 hours per week
Language: English
Location: 32034 Lougheed Hwy, Mission, BC V2V 1A4
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Implement operational procedures as per restaurant services
Hiring more staff when needed and manage staff training
Inspect performance of the staff and set staff work schedules
Modify procedures and prices of menu items, regulate inventory, monitor the generation of revenue
Resolve customer complaints
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and are up to date
Oversee plans and schedules with suppliers for food and other ingredients
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering options
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Additional Skills
Conduct performance reviews; Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; Organize and maintain inventory
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; physically demanding; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods. Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people.
