Restaurant Server (Milton)

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Prior experience in food service, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential to succeed in this position.Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling dutiesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operationsManage time efficiently to serve multiple tables during busy periods without compromising service quality Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling of food and beverages Experience with serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles is highly desirableAbility to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent customer service skills Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of the food industry standards related to guest services, upselling techniques, and food preparation is beneficialPay
