As a Recreation Assistant, you will passionately support the personal and social well-being of residents at Amica. Your responsibilities will include facilitating various recreational events, creating daily activity updates, and assisting with driving residents for outings. This role is about fostering well-being and ensuring a vibrant community atmosphere at the residence.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in delivering engaging programming and events • Create and distribute daily communications • Connect with families and residents to build relationships • Drive residents on community excursions • Support administrative operations as needed

Requirements:• Preferred degree/diploma in Gerontology, Recreation, or related field • Knowledge or experience in geriatric programming valued • Valid driver's license necessary • Current CPR and First Aid certification required • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
