BRC Demand and Production Scheduler, Halton Regional Municipality (Campbellville)

This dynamic role involves developing production schedules, analyzing order trends, and making data-driven recommendations. Work alongside Customer Experience and Production Managers to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve scheduling conflicts. Reporting key metrics will be essential to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage production schedules daily • Collaborate with stakeholders on report metrics • Analyze production trends and recommend improvements • Update Customer Experience team on statuses • Lead meetings to align cross-departmental goals

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing • Strong ERP system knowledge (MRP, MPS) • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • High level of organizational ability and customer service orientation
