Summer Student in RMA Support (Milton)

CPI is looking for a detail-oriented Summer Student to join our Supply Chain team and assist with Supplier Returns. Gain hands‑on experience coordinating Return Material Authorizations and supporting vendors throughout the process.

This summer position will give you practical experience working with suppliers and internal teams while utilizing ERP systems. You’ll help facilitate the return of non‑conforming materials and vendor‑managed returns. This is an excellent opportunity to develop communication and organizational skills while engaging with multiple departments daily.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with coordination of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)

Track and monitor supplier returns effectively

Prepare and maintain precise return documentation

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

Support reporting and data cleanup related to returns

Requirements

Robust communication skills for effective supplier coordination

Detail‑oriented in monitoring RMA statuses

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to learn ERP systems

Basic understanding of supply chain processes
