Learning&Development Specialist - Bilingual (Milton)

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver customized e-learning content

Collaborate with SMEs to develop training materials

Assess and improve existing training strategies

Provide updates and address concerns with stakeholders

Facilitate training through various digital platforms

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

2 to 4 years of relevant L&D experience

Bilingual in French and English

Competence in evaluation of training effectiveness

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
