Permacon is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to ensure customer satisfaction across multiple retail orders. In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries, order tracking, and complaints while maintaining accurate records and managing shipments. This position involves using Microsoft Office and fulfilling various customer support tasks to enhance the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:• Support retail customers with orders and complaints • Ensure accurate entry of orders and invoices • Track shipments and inform customers about deliveries • Enter EDI and phone orders into the system • Assist sales team and file ship ticket copies

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent experience • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience handling a multi-line phone system • Bilingual in French and English
