Support the Health Protection Division as a Temporary Data Entry Administrator. This fully onsite position focuses on data entry and administrative support in a government setting.

We seek a Data Entry Administrator for a one-month temporary contract with a potential extension. You will be managing data entry using Hedgehog and Microsoft Excel, overseeing compliance records, and providing vital support to Public Health Inspectors. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for thriving in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Accurately enter and update data in Hedgehog and Excel • Manage paper and electronic filing systems efficiently • Perform scanning, faxing, and document preparation tasks • Monitor compliance and inspection-related records regularly • Route incoming calls and service requests appropriately

Requirements:• Previous data entry and administrative experience needed • Strong attention to detail, particularly with compliance data • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary
