Job Title: Team Lead– Production Location: Milton, ON Reports To: Production Supervisor Employment Type: Full-Time Hours of Work: Monday to Friday from 2:30pm-11:00pm Job Summary

The Team Lead– Production oversees daily operations of the production line through machine packing, manual packing and regrading process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced fresh produce environment. This role serves to troubleshoot equipment issues, coach team members on product quality, efficiency and process and maintains clear communication with supervision and external teams.Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Function as the primary oversight and provide guidance and coaching for assigned production workers. Equipment Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve errors/malfunctions; escape findings to the Maintenance Department as needed. Production Coordination: Instruct BT Operators on proper handling of produce/non‑produce materials for each production run.Performance Coaching: Train and motivate the team to meet/exceed productivity metrics and quality targets. Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and oversee machine cleaning and routine maintenance tasks. Documentation&Accuracy: Complete Repack/Regrade Sheets with precision and ensure accountability for data integrity. Inventory Management: Track and report material inventory levels (machine/task‑specific) to the Supervisor. Qualifications&Skills

2+ years’ experience in fresh produce production or a similar manufacturing environment. Proven ability to operate/troubleshoot automated machinery (PAXIOM/GIRO experience a plus). Strong leadership skills with experience coaching teams to improve performance. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracyin documentation (e.g., inventory, production sheets).Ability to work in a cold, quick‑paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs if required.
