Campus Administrator– Brampton Flight Centre
Status:
Full‑time, On‑site Location:
13691 McLaughlin Road, Caledon, ON L7C3L7 The Campus Administrator at the Brampton Flight Centre is the operational heartbeat of the campus, coordinating students, instructors, schedules, records, and daily logistics to keep flight training running smoothly and professionally. Role Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for students in a busy aviation training environment. This role blends customer service, academic coordination, and resource management. Key Responsibilities
Student Services:
Support new and current vocational students with enrollment, onboarding, documentation, and general inquiries; oversee and manage the College and IATPL programs; review application and interview applicants annually; maintain student files and contracts. Scheduling:
Coordinate flight and ground school schedules, flight tests, instructor availability, and classrooms. Records&Compliance:
Maintain accurate student records, training files, and regulatory documentation in accordance with Transport Canada standards as well as the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. Customer Experience:
Provide professional, friendly service to students, staff, and visitors; uphold the Brampton Flight Centre’s reputation for excellence. Communication&Coordination:
Liaise and coordinate with business partners. Marketing:
Create advertisements virtually and physically. Attend exhibitions, seminars, career fairs, host in person and virtual information sessions. Qualifications
Administrative experience in an educational or aviation environment (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and composure. Ability to legally work in Canada.Comfort with scheduling systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools. Programs used: Wingman, TFBO, Fleet Captain, ePTR, Word Press, Canva, PARIS portal, KPI, Adobe, Instagram and Facebook. Ability to work in a quick‑paced, student‑focused environment. Aviation knowledge or interest is an asset.Pilots in training need not apply, this is a full time, on site administrative role requiring consistent weekday availability and on occasion Saturdays.
