As a Retail Team Member, you will perform a variety of front‑ and back‑office tasks to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Typical duties include: Greeting and assisting customers. Operating the cash register and completing sales transactions. Answering phones and providing product information.Executing operational policies, such as opening/closing procedures and inventory control. Picking, packing, and unpacking merchandise, as well as organizing the stock room to facilitate product flow. Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store environment is inviting and tidy.Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. Experience with stock‑related tasks is a plus. Flexible availability for a dynamic schedule, including nights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and occasional overnight travel.Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods. Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of humor, and the ability to collaborate within a fast‑paced team.
