Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. is seeking a Full Time, Permanent Regional Key Account Manager (Sales) based in Milton, Ontario. Salary: From $75,000/year to $90,000/year plus bonus. Description of Role
Your role will be to service and expand our Key Account Customers. You will maintain regular contact with established accounts while seeking new opportunities. You are a seasoned sales professional that understands the dynamics of the foodservice industry. You are passionate about your customers' success and are able to balance it with the needs of the organization. You understand and have an appreciation for the fresh category and are creative in finding solutions. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast paced environment.Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point of contact for all customer business and account related issues. Coordinates resources to present "one face to the customer." Design and execute a sales plan that focuses on new business, increased sales, and profitability. Facilitate customer business reviews. Review monthly reports to ensure contract compliance and profitability.Utilize and apply customer profitability and pricing models to negotiate customer agreements. Represent our Company at Industry Trade Shows. Work on a variety of customer projects such as new product implementation, promotional activity and general product management. Carry out all other responsibilities as required.Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
5+ years of sales or sales management experience with a proven track record of success. Excellent follow up and attention to detail. Exceptional presentation skills. A strong track record of developing new business. Leadership skills including working with a variety of people at all levels of business.Strong analytical skills and experience. A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team. Well-developed communication skills both written and verbal. Equal Opportunity Employer
