We are seeking a talented and experienced

Production Supervisor - Yard and Briquette Plant

at Milton, ON to join our Production Team. Shift Work– Continental 12‑hour rotating shifts, working every second weekend. The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000 CAD. This position reports to the Production Manager and manages a team of 10–15 people. Responsibilities

Enforce all safety policies and procedures (including LOTO, PPE, WAH, confined space, first aid) to maintain a safe work environment. Lead, train, and develop employees to ensure they are competent, safe, and aligned with company policies and regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and environmentally compliant yard and briquette plant.Ensure briquettes are produced in the right quantity and quality to meet cupola and fibre chemistry requirements. Oversee proper handling and storage of raw materials and briquettes to prevent quality issues and cross‑contamination. Direct raw material and waste handling to ensure continuous, uninterrupted production flow.Execute the daily briquette production schedule and drive operational improvements in the area. Coordinate closely with Maintenance to report defects, reduce downtime, and support equipment reliability. Monitor and report daily KPIs, participate in Rockwood Excellence activities, and support data‑driven improvements.Manage performance and attendance (including feedback and reviews) while fostering continuous improvement in people, processes, and equipment. Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor with a mechanical background. Leadership experience in a unionised manufacturing environment. Strong experience working with automated systems/conveyors. Must be WAH, confined space and first aid trained. Sound understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.Strong experience with MS Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Project. Benefits
