Key Responsibilities:

a CSR role that encompasses customer service, logistics&inside sales responsibilities

person will be supporting the traders

entering POs

coordinating pick up&delivery of the product

prepare&provide customs documentation

creating invoices

doing‘spot deals’ ie freight rates&costings

Key attributes you bring:

go with the flow; high energy&being able to stay productive during slower times

fast learner -questions are ok, just not the same ones over and over

willing to wear many hats&assist where needed

MS Office intermediate skills; knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset
