Position Overview

We are looking for a personable Production Team Lead to assist the Bakery Production Manager in delivering fresh bread and products to our loyal customers. Key Responsibilities

Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes. Lead and work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience. Set and review production schedules to ensure product meets customer needs.Qualifications

Positive leader; fast learner with willingness to learn all bakery operations. Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment. Great communicator, problem solver, and critical thinker. Early riser who can work independently or with a small team. Ability to forecast and adjust production levels based on detailed business data review.Experience delivering exceptional customer service is preferred. Physical Requirements

Continuous standing/walking for all tasks. Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg. Frequent turning and reaching. Occasional pushing, pulling, and some forward bending. Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters. Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing; occasional forceful gripping.Benefits
