What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Utilize call flow guide to provide assistance and resolve problems

Track and document customer information in databases

Offer additional products and services to enhance customer success

What is Required (Qualifications)

Fluent in both written and spoken English and French

High school diploma or GED

Minimum six months of experience in customer service or sales

Quiet and distraction-free work environment for remote work

Strong computer navigation and technical skills
