Parts Technician– Customer Service Focus, Medicine Hat

This position involves working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll primarily handle order fulfillment and customer service, ensuring timely delivery of parts while keeping the sales area presentable. Ideal candidates will have two years of experience in parts, preferably within the heavy equipment or commercial vehicle industries.

Key Responsibilities:• Fulfill and process customer orders efficiently • Notify customers about order statuses and arrivals • Offer high-quality service to all customers • Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas • Process credit transactions and returns effectively

Requirements:• Minimum high school diploma required • Preferred Journeyman Parts Technician certification • At least two years' parts experience • Organized and professional with pressure resilience • Strong attention to detail required
