The Spencer Thomas Group is expanding its team in the Global Payroll/HCM Practice. You will manage client implementations, develop proactive relationships, and ensure detailed communication for a successful client experience. Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage the client implementation process using ADP best practices • Develop and maintain effective client relationships • Communicate complex data insights clearly to clients • Utilize SQL queries and data analysis for project success • Collaborate with multiple business units effectively
Requirements:• Required experience in ADP Canada WorkforceNow implementations • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Experience working with relational databases and file protocols • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work part-time (10-20 hours/week)on projects
