Requirements:• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Technical Architect • Expertise in ITSM and ITOM delivery • Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change processes • Integration experience through REST/SOAP APIs • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
