Lead operations and productivity as a Farm Supervisor at our farm location. This contract role focuses on overseeing farm worker activities and maintaining essential quality standards.
As a Farm Business Foreman, you'll engage in full-time work, managing financial and production against challenging physical demands. Your responsibilities will include supervising labor, ensuring quality control, and maintaining work logs for accuracy. You will drive productivity while fostering development opportunities for youth through coaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise the work of general farm workers • Maintain financial and production monitoring records • Implement quality control measures on-site • Operate and maintain farm machinery effectively • Document work records and logs consistently
Requirements:• Physically capable of meeting job demands • Legal authorization to work in Canada required • Commitment to providing on-the-job youth training
