Senior Product Manager– Jonas Construction – Jonas Software (Markham, ON) Jonas Construction Software is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the design and development of innovative office and field solutions within our construction industry niche.
Compensation&Role Details Expected Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for office and field solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals while leveraging AI tools for market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including development, QA, and Azure Services teams, to define product requirements and prioritize features using AI‑powered data analytics and customer insights platforms for informed decision‑making.
Create clear, comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, product roadmaps, and release notes, utilizing AI writing assistants and automated documentation tools to enhance clarity and accelerate delivery timelines.
Present product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders, leveraging AI‑enhanced analytics and visualization tools to deliver compelling, data‑driven presentations that secure buy‑in and alignment.
Guide product development through the software development lifecycle by utilizing AI frameworks for user research, A/B testing analysis, and performance monitoring to ensure products meet quality standards and market demands.
Identify market opportunities and competitor positioning in the construction software niche using AI‑powered market intelligence and trend analysis tools to inform product differentiation and strategic roadmap decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of product management experience with software companies, with a preference for the construction industry niche.
Proven experience leading the design and development of office and field solutions, with a track record of successful product launches.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for creating detailed and actionable documentation.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, including technical teams and executive leadership.
Experience with cloud‑based environments (e.g., Azure) and integration with enterprise systems is a plus.
