Lead product capabilities with Real Matters as a Technical Product Manager, leveraging AI to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. Collaborate with teams to define and execute product roadmaps efficiently.
In this role, you will specialize in managing and building SaaS platform capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, QA, and Operations, you will ensure high-quality product delivery from discovery to release. Your focus will include user acceptance testing, operational analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:• Partner with business units to identify goals and pain points • Collaborate with teams on delivery, testing, and release processes • Coordinate user acceptance testing including test case validation • Analyze product data to recommend actionable improvements • Document and communicate product status and risks clearly
Requirements:• 3+ years in SaaS product management • 2+ years technical experience in related roles • Knowledge of SaaS systems and web protocols • Strong skills in client management and presentations • Background in mortgage appraisal preferred
