This position requires engaging with branch managers to cultivate growth and retention. Partner with senior management to develop innovative strategies, implement marketing initiatives, manage branch operations, and uphold superior service standards.
Key Responsibilities:• Build a highly motivated insurance team across branches • Conduct regular development meetings with branch managers • Drive marketing strategy and brand awareness • Evaluate customer service levels and recommend improvements • Manage recruitment and staffing initiatives effectively
Requirements:• RIBO license essential; advanced designations beneficial • 5–8 years in P&C insurance; 3–5 years managing teams • Proven success in team leadership and collaboration • Excellent analytical capabilities for problem resolution • Strong communication skills for senior leadership presentations
