Financial Analyst at 360°kids, Markham

Reporting to the Director of Finance&Administration, this role involves significant financial analysis, budget monitoring, and supervision of accounts payable activities. Your skills in financial reporting will be crucial as you work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate transactions. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the agency's innovative programs aimed at helping marginalized youth and families in the region.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise month-end activities, bank reconciliation, and journal entries • Participate in the annual budget process and monitor variances • Prepare year-end audit schedules and work with auditors • Maintain lease continuity schedules based on rent logs • Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance • At least three years of relevant experience • Working knowledge of Sage Intacct • Strong organizational and communication skills • Current vulnerable sector screening
