Elevate brand presence as the Social Impact Communications Manager at Park Property Management. Lead stakeholder engagement, media relations, and social initiatives while enhancing internal communications.
This role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing&Leasing, emphasizes strategic messaging across key audiences, including residents and employees. You will spearhead communication strategies that enhance brand reputation, drive retention, and promote social impact initiatives while working closely with various teams to ensure cohesive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead media relations and elevate brand visibility • Oversee resident communication strategy and engagement events • Manage charitable initiatives and community partnerships • Support executive visibility through tailored communication strategies • Establish communication standards across the portfolio
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in communication and public relations • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities • Experience with project management in fast-paced environments • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
