As the planning operations manager, you will create a culture focused on communication and teamwork. Lead and develop your team of unionized employees, driving engagement and accountability in achieving key performance indicators. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing capacity forecasts and budgets while ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:• Motivate the team through performance management strategies • Build effective KPIs aligned with customer service metrics • Collaborate with various departments for process enhancements • Track and manage customer service SLAs efficiently • Participate in third-party vendor discussions
Requirements:• 2-3 years of leadership in operational management • Degree in operational management or a related field • Deep understanding of HVAC systems and products • Strong problem solving and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel for data interpretation
