Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day operations of the Commercial Insurance team • Implement strategies to achieve revenue and policy targets • Analyze and resolve customer service and sales issues • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback for team development • Oversee marketing initiatives and support sales efforts

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in a relevant field • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry • Minimum 3 years of management experience • CIP, CRM or CAIB designation preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills
