Job Overview
Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 40 hours per week. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Responsibilities
Coordinate subcontractors activities. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements.Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Plan and manage budgets. Develop and implement quality control programs. Prepare reports. Review bids and negotiate costs. Prepare bids. Read blueprints and drawings. Technical Skills
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word. Equipment and machinery experience: Chemical cleaning equipment. Other Qualifications
Area of specialization: Project management, Transportation/travel information. Valid driver’s licence. Own vehicle. Work Conditions
Quick‑paced setting, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking. Own tools/equipment, hard hat, steel‑toed safety boots. Screening Questions
Are you authorized to work in Canada? Are you available for shift or on‑call work? Do you have experience working in this field? Employment Terms
