As a Change Manager, you will help guide SE Health's enterprise-wide transformation efforts by engaging with program teams and assessing stakeholder needs. Your strong background in operational improvement will support readiness and clarity throughout the change process. You will play a critical role in designing effective communication strategies while managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and oversee change implementation plans • Assess impact and readiness for affected teams • Facilitate learning and engagement sessions • Coordinate closely with leadership and delivery teams • Document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Requirements:• Over 5 years in change management or related fields • Experience in implementation-heavy initiatives • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Preferred background in healthcare or related sectors
