This senior leadership role focuses on designing scalable, secure solutions that align with enterprise standards. You will engage with client executives to drive platform governance and identify automation opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead architectural strategy for ServiceNow migration projects • Design scalable ServiceNow solutions for client business needs • Serve as a trusted advisor for roadmap and change management • Identify AI and automation opportunities in ServiceNow • Mentor the delivery team on best practices and solutions
Requirements:• 8+ years in consulting or enterprise IT • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM and CSM solutions • Excellent skills in communication and presentation • Minimum of two Certified Implementation Specialist certifications • Ability to engage effectively with varied stakeholders
