Drive technical support excellence with GE Vernova as a Technical Support Manager for North America. Lead the CIC Level 2 team in delivering exceptional service for mission-critical systems.
This leadership role encompasses oversight of Wireless and Optical technical support teams located in Rochester, Vancouver, and Markham. You will enhance team capabilities through coaching and mentorship, while ensuring adherence to service quality and operational excellence. A focus on teamwork and collaboration across technical support and product development will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead and develop the CIC Level 2 Technical Support team • Oversee adherence to SLAs and customer communication • Drive case management with Salesforce and analytical tools • Engage with customers on escalated cases and critical issues • Collaborate on new product readiness and documentation
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering • Minimum 5 years in technical support or field operations • Proven leadership in customer-facing environments • Strong understanding of wireless and optical technologies • Experience managing distributed teams across multiplelocations
