This role involves developing next‑generation Edge AI subsystems and platforms for mobile, XR, compute, and automotiveproducts.Responsibilities
Capture detailed technology requirements in collaboration with product management and engineering teams. Oversee hardware architecture for a variety of Edge AI products, using advanced problem‑solving and engineering practices. Write technical documentation and provide expertise for design or project reviews.Support dependent system, design, and software teams implementing Edge AI platform solutions. Act as technology lead for projects and own team deliverables. Leverage expertise in DSP, machine learning, SoC hardware, and computer architecture to develop proposals addressing system Edge‑AI requirements.Author subsystem hardware specifications. Drive system optimization via modeling, simulation, and testing to balance power and performance. Apply low‑power design methodology and validation using CAD tools. Collaborate with multi‑system teams to realize dependent specifications. Provide post‑silicon commercialization support and customer engineering documentation.Define and patent novel architectures that drive industry leadership. Required Qualifications
5+ years of system architecture experience at the SOC level or related work experience. Experience in DSP, machine learning algorithms, SoC hardware, and computer architecture concepts. Strong knowledge of processor, memory, bus, and low‑power design techniques. Ability to work independently, solve problems with incomplete information, and apply advanced data analysis.Excellent communication skills across multi‑site teams. Experience generating and analyzing data from simulation, synthesis, timing analysis, and power/signal integrity tools. Develop implementation strategies that meet system requirements, customer needs, and product timelines. Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of system architecture experience at the SOC level or related work experience. Graduate degree in Computer Engineering or Architecture. 2+ years of experience with architecture and design tools. 2+ years of experience with scripting tools and programming languages. 1+ year of experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience. Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience. PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.Benefits and Compensation
Pay range: $124,200.00– $174,200.00. The compensation package also includes a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and RSU grants. Equal Opportunity
