Automotive Dealer Relations Analyst Position, Markham

Join Honda Canada as a Dealer Relations Analyst, working in a hybrid model from Markham, Ontario. Be the critical liaison for Auto and Powersports Dealers, driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

In this full-time role, reporting to the Senior Dealer Relations Manager, you will engage directly with dealers to evaluate and improve their performance. This position demands strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit since you will work with cross-functional teams to set actionable goals. You will conduct performance reviews, support dealer sales growth, and manage critical operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct performance reviews with dealers to enhance KPI metrics • Support the Auto Dealer Network in achieving sales goals • Prepare and facilitate regular updates on dealer performance • Develop strategies based on sales data for dealer success • Provide administrative support to the Senior Dealer Relations Manager

Requirements:• University degree or college diploma • 3 years of relevant automotive experience • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication abilities • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
