As a Workshop Operations Manager, your mission is to ensure the smooth running of the workshop, prioritizing Guest satisfaction and team engagement. You will manage schedules, oversee training, and maintain compliance with company standards, creating a joyful atmosphere for both Guests and associates.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead the team in achieving sales and operational goals • Create and manage weekly schedules with the AWM • Make hiring and advancement decisions in partnership with the AWM • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies • Supervise all aspects of inventory management
Requirements:• 2 years of management experience required • High school diploma or GED essential • Experience with POS and scheduling systems • Strong decision-making skills under pressure • Ability to lift more than 25 pounds
