In this vital role reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will contribute to key accounting functions and compliance requirements. Manage complex accounts, run month-end closes, and prepare detailed financial reports. The successful candidate should showcase strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support the company’s culture centered around care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports • Collaborate on financial systems integration across functions • Oversee month-end close process and reconciliations • Analyze budget-to-actual and variance reports • Engage in compliance documentation and regulations

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2-3 years’ experience in finance/accounting • Preferred CPA designation and public company experience • Proficient in advanced Excel and IFRS standards • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
