SE Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enhance our Finance team's digital transformation efforts. This hybrid role focuses on optimizing finance processes and supporting organizational growth.
In this temporary full-time position, the Senior Business Analyst will collaborate within the Finance domain to analyze business processes and enhance digital tools. Candidates should have a strong foundation in finance applications and effective communication skills. You will lead workshops, facilitate solution design, and support the implementation of new technologies to refine employee and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyze business needs in Finance areas • Facilitate workshops for requirement gathering • Support solution design and implementation • Create test cases and evaluate software solutions • Monitor project management processes and deliverables
Requirements:• 5+ years as a business analyst in Finance • 3+ years with ERP systems like Oracle or Workday • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
