About Our Client Our client is a growing and collaborative organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and play a key role in supporting the organization’s reporting and operational finance functions.

Description

Prepare detailed financial and operational analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making

Analyze quarterly results, budgeting trends, and key financial metrics across the organization

Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting packages, including supporting schedules and disclosures

Support complex accounting and technical reporting initiatives as required

Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and tax advisors throughout reporting cycles

Participate in process improvements and ad hoc projects to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

CPA designation required

3+ years of experience in public accounting, financial reporting, or corporate finance

Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Experience within real estate, asset management, or investment-related environments is considered an asset
