Financial Analyst (12-month contract), Markham

We’re partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organization to hire a Financial Analyst for a full-time contract opportunity based in their Markham office.

This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, supporting pricing strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally. You’ll play a key role in supporting pricing operations, promotional programs, and financial analysis that contribute to overall business performance.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day trade and pricing activities, including pricing updates, promotions, and customer tracking

Assist with customer agreements, including documentation, approvals, and tracking

Analyze program and customer performance (rebates, accruals, reporting)

Build and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders

Support product launch pricing and promotional analysis

Maintain data accuracy across systems and support reporting processes

Prepare presentations and reports for cross-functional teams

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams

Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial processes

Support audits, documentation requests, and process improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or another analytical role

Strong analytical skills with experience working with data and reporting

Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, reporting); Power BI is an asset

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
