This position requires collaboration across departments to ensure adherence to established standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:• Support implementation and maintenance of quality systems • Conduct document reviews and effectiveness analysis • Provide on-the-floor support for audit readiness • Manage quality events and root cause analysis • Identify training needs and lead quality training initiatives
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field • 3 years of experience in quality assurance • ASQ Quality Certification preferred • Proficiency in QMS, DMS, and LMS usage • Understanding of QMS validation is an asset
