Key Responsibilities:• Maintain labeling of residents' personal items • Assist with new admissions and discharges • Greet and welcome new residents warmly • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately • Provide support during meal times and activities

Requirements:• Grade 12 certificate required • One year of experience in long-term care • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Cultural sensitivity with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset • Ability to work independently and in a team
